Pricing & Registration
Accessing the Sitecore Symposium 2025 registration portal requires a single sign-on (SSO) Sitecore ID and password.
- If you’ve attended a past Symposium, log in using your existing Sitecore SSO credentials.
- If you are attending Symposium for the first time, create your Sitecore SSO log-in credentials.
- If you are part of a Sitecore Partner organization, start the process of creating your Sitecore ID using the Partner Portal.
Purchase your general conference pass in advance to receive discounted pricing.
Super Early Bird: $1449 valid through June 30
Early Bird: $1699 Available July 1 – September 5
Advanced: $1999 Available September 6 – October 31
Regular/Onsite: $2099 Starts November 1 – November 5
Education, government, and non-profit industry employees can purchase a full conference pass with a $200 USD discount off the current price. To receive the discount pricing, you must use your .edu, .gov, or .org employee email address. Discounts will be automatically applied at registration. This discount cannot be combined with any other discount offers. Refunds and/or price adjustments do not apply.
Group pass pricing will be available starting July 1. To receive the group pricing discounts, all passes must be purchased together.

- To register for a pre-conference training session or exam, attendees must purchase a Sitecore Symposium 2025 general conference pass.
- To register for the MVP Summit, no conference pass is required. Sitecore MVPs are invited to attend the MVP Summit for free.
Sitecore has reserved a room block at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort, Orlando so you can book accommodation at a discounted rate. You’ll have the opportunity to book your room after the registration process is complete. Rooms will be subject to availability and must be booked by October 9, 2025.
The discounted room rate is $279 per night (plus a $50 resort fee + 6.5% state tax – subject to change) at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort, Orlando after you complete your Sitecore 2025 registration.

Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort reservations must be booked through Sitecore’s hotel site by Thursday, October 9, 2025, to receive the attendee discount. Discounted hotel rooms are limited and may sell out.
Check-in time is 4pm local time and check-out time is 11am local time.
Parking is available at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort. Self-parking is currently $36.00 plus tax. Valet parking is $48.00 plus tax. Please note that parking rates are subject to change and may vary during peak periods.

Yes, please check the requirements for obtaining a US Visa to enter the country and allow adequate time for Visa processing. To request a Visa invitation letter, you must register first. Contact us at [email protected] to request your Visa invitation letter once your registration is completed. If your Visa application is declined, you may request that your registration fees are fully refunded (documentation is required).
Payment will be accepted in US dollars only.
Cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]. Sitecore will refund 100% of your registration fees, less a $150 USD processing fee up to September 30, 2025 , at 4:00 PM (EST). Sitecore will refund 50% of your registration fees up to October 15 2025, at 4:00 PM (EST). Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable. As our meal and seating plans are based on event registrations and we have guarantee commitments to the venue, we ask that you inform us as soon as your plans change. No-shows are not eligible for registration fee refunds.
Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague employed by the same employer at no additional charge, by sending an email to the event registration team at [email protected]. Please include names, email addresses, and job titles of both the original and substitute registrants. I understand and agree that meal and seating plans are based on event registrations, and any requests for changes after September 30, 2025, are not guaranteed.
Pre-conference trainings, exam prep, and exams
Pre-conference trainings, exam prep sessions, and certification exams will be held on Monday, November 3, 2025. Check the Training and Certifications page for specific dates and times.
You will need to bring your own laptop to participate in the hands-on portion of a training session and to take a certification exam:
- Intro to XP for marketers and business users
- Intro to Sitecore Stream
- XM/XP to XM Cloud best practices
- XM Cloud for developers
- Certification exams
If prerequisite courses and/or knowledge is required, it will be stated in the description. Some have minimal to no prerequisite knowledge required, and others will have specific information about the requirements before attending. Please visit the Training and Certifications page for more information.
Courseware will be provided for specific training that requires a laptop.
In the event that you do not pass the exam at Symposium, you will be required to purchase a new voucher at standard cost and take the exam online proctored at a new date.

Call for Speakers and Sitecore Digital Impact Awards submissions
Sitecore Symposium 2025 Call for Speakers portal closed at 4pm ET on May 9.
Sitecore Symposium 2025 speaker notifications will be distributed by June 30, 2025.
The 2025 Sitecore Digital Impact Awards nomination period has closed.
Sitecore Digital Impact Awards honor organizations that are redefining what’s possible with Sitecore technology–driving real business impact, delivering groundbreaking experiences, and setting new benchmarks in digital innovation.
There are five awards categories including Business Impact Award, Content and Experience Innovation Award, Intelligent Tech Stack Award, Digital Experience Leadership Award, and Most innovative Use of Sitecore Award.
All submissions are undergoing a review process. Winners will be announced as part of Symposium.
