Yes. To qualify for a group discount, tickets must be purchased together in one transaction.

Groups of three or more attendees from the same organization receive $100 off each general conference pass. The discount applies to Early Bird, Advanced, and Regular / Onsite pricing, but cannot be combined with other discounts.

A general conference pass includes access to mainstage keynotes, breakout sessions, customer showcases, the Solutions Pavilion / Expo, Guru Garden appointments, demonstrations at The Core, networking meetups, theatre sessions, welcome reception and happy hour, Symposium's exclusive party, breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and opportunities to qualify for prizes and giveaways.

Some experiences, including the SYMporium swag store, pre-conference seminars and certifications, and discounted hotel rooms, may require an additional cost.

Sitecore will refund 100% of registration fees, less a $150 USD processing fee, for cancellations received by September 30, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST.

Sitecore will refund 50% of registration fees for cancellations received by October 15, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST.

Cancellations received after that date are non-refundable. Because meal and seating plans are based on event registrations and venue guarantees, attendees should notify Sitecore as soon as plans change. No-shows are not eligible for registration fee refunds.

Yes. Sitecore has reserved a room block at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort, Orlando, so attendees can book accommodations at a discounted rate. Attendees can book their room after completing registration. Rooms are subject to availability and must be booked before October 9, 2026.

The discounted room rate is $279 per night, plus a $50 resort fee and 6.5% state tax. Fees and taxes are subject to change.
